Walk-ins are welcome when there is space in the diary, and online booking via Treatwell guarantees your time slot, especially on Saturdays and after 17:00 on weekdays.

We are open every day from 09:00 to 20:00, including weekends.

Yes. Every stylist works in English every day. Between the team we also speak Dutch, Arabic and Russian, so mention your preference when booking and we will match you with the right stylist.

Wash & haircut from €59.99, wash, cut & blow dry from €75, blow dry from €65. Full price list is in our Services menu above.

Yes. Our care treatment is deep conditioning tailored after a short in-chair diagnosis of length, porosity and condition, so it is priced on consultation. It pairs beautifully with a wash, cut or blow-dry.

We cut short, medium and long hair, and we regularly work with straight, wavy and curly hair. For very tightly coiled or afro-textured hair, send us a photo on WhatsApp first and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right salon for it.

Yes, whenever there is space in the diary. We cannot hold slots in advance, so if you have a preferred time or stylist, book online. If we're fully booked we'll suggest the next available time or you can grab a coffee nearby and we'll text you.

Yes, precision brow threading is one of our signature services, available daily without a separate appointment when you book a cut or blow-dry.

Yes. Curly and wavy hair is cut with a dedicated approach shaped around your curl pattern, density and shrinkage, rather than as a standard cut. Select the curly haircut when booking so we reserve the right amount of time.

Balayage is available by consultation, and our wider colour menu is being expanded. Ask us first, we'll tell you honestly what your hair can hold before you book, including for special occasions or urgent fixes.

Short is above the shoulders, medium is around shoulder length, and long & thick is past the shoulder blades or very dense. Picking the right one reserves the correct chair time and matches the price you see.

Tram 24 stops at Olympiaplein, two minutes' walk from the salon. From Zuidas station it is about eight minutes by bike or twelve by tram, and there is paid street parking on Marathonweg.

Icon Hair Salon on Marathonweg is our women's salon, haircuts, blow-dry, styling, curly cutting, care treatments and brow threading. For men's cuts, fades and beard grooming you are warmly welcome at our sister house, Icon Barbershop Amsterdam, which has its own team, website and booking at iconbarbershop.nl.
